History

1970's

Our reputation takes shape in the early seventies with the Dutch band Focus. A lot of international experience is gained, after the international break-through of Focus in 1973, with extensive tours not only In Europe, but also in The United States, Japan and Australia.

After the Focus success period from 1975 various European tours follow with for instance La Belle, Barry Mc-Cuire, Ivan Rebroff, Buck Owens, Natalie Cole, Manhattan Transfer, Peggy Lee, Guys & Dolls, Jackson Five, John Cale, Mothers Finest, Van Halen, Andraë Grouch, Exception and The Dubliners.

We provide the sound for several Dutch Festivals such as Pink Pop, Lochem, Zuiderpark, North Sea Jazz, Kamperland and various Irish Folk Festivals.

The equipment consists of JBL speakers, Crown amplifiers and Soundcraft consoles.

1980's

We start the eighties with two Dutch bands, Transister and Gruppo Sportivo later followed by BZN.

The eighties bring a lot of European Tours for instance of Roy Orbison, Don Mc-Clean, Everly Brothers, Don Williams, Dexie's Midnight Runners, Sheila Walsh, Rita Coolidge, Sandy Patty, Meatloaf, Dionne Warwick, and the annual European tours of Fats Domino, B.B. King and The Dubliners. With Silverwind we tour Europe and Africa.

We also do a lot of annual National and International Festivals: The TROS- (NL) and The Marlboro Country Festivals (GB, NL, D, CH), Eindhoven Jazz Festivals (NL), Dendermonde Jazz Festivals (B), Breda Jazz Festivals (NL) and North Sea Jazz Festivals. We also do the Sefora- (F), Scandinavium- (S) and Flevo (NL) Christian Festivals.

In 1985 and 1986 the equipment is updated to Meyer speakers, Crest amplifiers and Yamaha consoles. Also lighting and backline become new services of the company.

1990's

The nineties are dominated by European Tours, for instance: Santana, Emmy Lou Harris, Petra, Flying Pickets, John Hiatt, Laura Paussini, Fleetwood Mac, Johnny Cash, John Denver, George Benson, Randy Crawford, Backstreet Boys, Coolio and the annual European Tours of Fats Domino, B.B. King, Ray Charles, The Dubliners and The Legends of Rock n' Roll with Chuck Berry, Jerry Lee Lewis and Little Richard.

In the nineties there are also the annual Festivals, for instance: The Marlboro Country Festivals (GB, NL, D, CH), Dendermonde- (B), Breda- (NL) and North Sea Jazz Festivals, Sefora- (F), Flevo (NL) and EO (NL) Christian Festivals, and The National and World Jamborees.

At the end of the nineties corporate business becomes more and more important, for instance: The Anthony Robbins Seminars in Rotterdam, Brussels, Milan and Geneva, International Product presentations for Yamaha Motors and corporate shows for Mc-Kinsey, Syntegra and Exact.

In 1998 Rider becomes Service Provider for L-Acoustics V-Dosc and dV-Dosc. The consoles are Yamaha, Ramsa and Midas. For the corporate business investments are made in video equipment and on-tour artist- and crew catering is added to the services of the company.

21st Century

The 21st century the touring goes on with for instance: B.B. King, The Legends of Rock 'n Roll, The Dubliners, Mercedes Sosa, Rhythm of the Dance, Ronduit Praise Tours, Golden Earring, Kane, Asha Boshle, Cesaria Evora, Tango Emociòn and the Dancetours

Also the Festivals go on, for instance: The Jamboree, Flevo Festival, EO Youth Day, EO Family Day, North Sea Jazz Festival, Back to... Festivals, Celtic and Irish Festivals.

The corporate business goes on with for instance: The Anthony Robbins Seminars in Frankfurt, Cardiff and London, and product presentations for Libertel/Vodaphone, MAN Trucks and KPN, corporate shows in the Rotterdam Cruise Terminal, ING Bank and Gilette.

At the beginning of 2005 investments are made in the new L-Acoustics KUDO system.
